Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, then arrive in 3–5 business days via standard ground. Free shipping on every order $50 and up.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see order status anytime.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as you can — if it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Once it's on the truck, we can help with a return when it arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the U.S. only. International is on the roadmap — if you're outside the U.S., drop us a note and we'll keep you posted.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a message with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — no hassle, no questions designed to slow you down.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Items need to be unused and in original condition.
Can I exchange for a different cover or school?
Yes — let us know what you'd rather have and we'll set up the swap. Easiest if it's still unused and in original condition.
How do I start a return?
Send us a note via the contact page with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send return instructions within a business day.
How fast do refunds process?
Once we receive your return, refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Banks sometimes take a bit longer to display it.

Will it fit my driver?
Our covers fit virtually every modern driver and fairway wood — including the largest 460cc heads and minis. Compatible with current and recent models from Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, PING, Cleveland, COBRA, Mizuno, Srixon, Tour Edge, Wilson, XXIO, and Adams. Full fit guide here.
Will it fit my putter?
We make blade and mallet covers built for the major putter shapes — Scotty Cameron, Odyssey, TaylorMade, PING, Bettinardi, Evnroll, L.A.B. Golf, and most others. Pick the style that matches your putter head.
What's it made of?
Our headcovers are built with our ProShield™ synthetic leather, padded fleece interior, and hand-stitched multi-color embroidery. Engineered to resist moisture, mildew, dirt, and UV exposure.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with warm water, a sponge, and a mild cleaner. Skip the washing machine and harsh chemicals.
Are these officially licensed?
Yes. Every cover is officially licensed by the school it represents. Real colors, real marks, real history — not knockoffs.
Will more schools be added?
That's the plan. If there's a school you'd love to see, send us a note — we read every request.
Account, payment & other
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track orders and save addresses for next time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Do you offer wholesale or custom?
Yes — for tournaments, club orders, corporate gifting, and custom designs. Request a quote and we'll come back within a business day.
Are gift cards available?
Yes — check our gift cards in the shop. Delivered by email, never expire.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email we send, or use the Your privacy choices page to opt out and manage your data.
