What's the minimum order?
25 pieces per style. Choose the styles you love — each style and size starts at 25 pieces: 25 drivers, 25 fairways, 25 hybrids, or 25 putter covers. Want more than one style? Just hit 25 on each.
How much do custom covers cost?
Pricing depends on quantity, styles, and design complexity — and larger orders earn better per-piece pricing. Send the form above and we'll reply with a real quote, fast. No commitment until you approve your design.
How does the design process work?
Tell us your idea, colors, and logo. We design a digital mockup — front, back, and stitching colors — then refine it with you until it's exactly right. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on the proof.
Do I need finished artwork?
No. A logo file is great if you have one, but plenty of projects start with just an idea and a couple of colors. Our designers will take it from there.
What file format should my logo be in?
Vector files are best — AI, EPS, SVG, or a vector PDF — because they stitch cleanest at any size. A high-resolution PNG works too. If all you have is a low-res image, send it anyway; we can usually redraw it for embroidery.
Can you match our exact team or brand colors?
Yes. Send us your Pantone or hex codes and we'll match thread and material colors to them — or we'll pull the palette straight from your logo and confirm it on the mockup.
Can each cover be personalized differently?
Yes — individual names, numbers, initials, or titles on each cover is one of our most popular requests for teams and groomsmen gifts. Mention it in the form and we'll build it into your quote.
Can I see a sample before committing?
Every order gets a detailed digital proof before production. If you want to feel the build quality first, any cover from our ready-made collections is the exact same construction — and if you'd like a physical sample of your design, ask in the form and we'll walk you through options.
What are the covers made of?
The same build as everything we sell: ProShield™ synthetic leather shell, padded fleece interior, and hand-stitched multi-color embroidery. Resists moisture, mildew, dirt, and UV — and fits virtually every modern club.
How long does production take?
It depends on order size and the season, so we confirm your timeline with your quote — before you commit to anything. Working against a hard date like a tournament or event? Tell us in the form and we'll plan backward from it.
Do you keep my design for reorders?
Yes. Once your design is dialed, we keep it on file — so reordering for next season, new team members, or a second event is as easy as telling us the quantity.
Can I order just one custom cover?
Not yet — each custom style starts at 25 pieces. For a single cover, our ready-made collections ship in 1–2 days.
